Have you ever wanted to write and publish your own book or get your book translated, and self publish it? And, also have someone edit the book for you? Well, Medical Book Publishers is the company to do it for you! I wrote, Heal Pelvic Pain, in 2008 and ever since, I have wanted to translate it into Spanish. McGraw Hill, the publisher and distributor, was not willing to translate and publish the book, so they gave me the rights to do it in 2010. 3 years later, and nothing accomplished, a friend put me in touch with Dr. Paulson, the editor of Medical Book Publishers, to help me. Not only was he so easy to work with and efficient, but he was also so kind and patient with me. With 2 young kids, owner of a physical therapy private practice with 10 employees and producing a video on Pelvic Pain, I had no time at all to devote to translating and publishing Sana El Dolor Pelvico! But, with the help, expertise and patience of Dr. Paulson, the job got done. Not only did he help edit and assist in the Spanish translation, he also designed the cover, lined up all the photos and stretches and published the book for me. In addition, he completed it in a very timely manner and for an exceptional price, considering all of the time that had to go into it. If I had to do it again, I would only use Medical Book Publishers to help publish my book!

Two years ago, my father decided to write about his experiences over a 95 year life. He wrote his remembrances in a random fashion and asked me to organize and type his autobiographical notes into a form suitable for distributing to family and interested friends. I spent a year dutifully transcribing his sometimes cryptic notes into an easy-to-read chronological narrative memoir. My father was so elated with the finished product that he showed it to other residents at his assisted living facility and the library there has now established a special section for personal memoirs and is encouraging the residents there to record their remembrances like my father did.
